All going well. We've got our stateroom (#309), had lunch in the Lido Restaurant, arranged our Internet service (obviously), and are waiting for our baggage to be delivered to our room.

Gramma's exploring the ship. At last word there were 75 empty staterooms reserved for Europeans who could not fly here due to the ash clouds. Holland America is trying to arrange flights from southern Europe (Spain and Portugal are still open) to the Caymans (our first stop). So far, any upgrades are frozen until they sort things out.
