Sunny and Cool, with an Occasional Light Breeze
Temperature: 61F
Altitude: 5982 feet

We have arrived just north and downhill of Lake Tahoe, and will be here until Sunday morning. This is a very nice park set amongst tall pines, with good WiFi and cellphone service.

Our drive from Lee Vining was uneventful, but very pretty. The views of the Sierra, some still in snow, were very pretty, and the area around Bridgeport was especially nice, since it was well watered and green from snowmelt. The cattle in the fields were munching happily.

We'll have more later, probably with the pictures, as the week and festivities here move along. The graduation is set for Saturday morning and the weather forecast is calling for perfect weather--sunny, dry, and 72 degrees.
