Clear and Cool, Temperature 45F

A beautiful, crisp, not-a-cloud-in-the-sky morning.
At right is the iconic Glacier Park picture looking west from the Going-to-the-Sun Highway with little Wild Goose Island in the lake. There are posters of this shot in the visitor centers, but now it's on our blog!

This will be our last posting from the USA for a while. It's off to Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta later this morning. The Clarks arrived here yesterday from their side trip and we had dinner together at a restaurant just inside the park, then came back to camp to drink up what alcohol we had that was over the limit for going into Canada. We are down to the allowable 3 liters of wine for two people (unfortunately, Charley doesn't get an allowance), but I think Herd and Yvonne are still over and will need to pay some tax.

All is very well and spirits are high (pun intended).
